2010 Wedding Packages and Add-Ons

    Note: All Red Bat wedding packages feature flush-mount albums (except for Red Bat Extra Lite and Red Bat Medium: Multimedia Version). Flush-mount albums have hard covers with thick, unbending pages. They consist of photographic prints that are dry-mounted on archival board. The photos lie completely flat and extend across the whole page, so that the images are flush-mounted with the page surface.

Package A: Red Bat Extra Lite

Total cost: $2000

This package includes:

    * 8 hours of coverage by two photographers on your wedding day, at multiple locations
    * 500-700 full-resolution, processed and color-corrected digital originals of your photos on a DVD
    * easy online viewing of your photos in a web gallery, with instant access to our Red Bat Store for ordering prints, albums, and much more!
    * one small hardcover press-printed photobook (5×5, 20 pages, 40 sides)

This package is great for clients who:

    * are on a very strict budget
    * plan to order their albums and prints separately, or aren’t sure what they want and would like to decide later
    * don’t want an album or prints (the press-printed photobook is not as durable and color-fast as our archival quality flush-mount albums)
    * want to start with just a press-printed photobook and order a larger album, prints, and a Multimedia Photo Presentation DVD separately (from the Red Bat Store or elsewhere)
    * don’t want a Kingston album (if you want to select from a different album line, choose this package and then choose your album type at the Red Bat Store)

Package B: Red Bat Lite

Red Bat Package Add-Ons

The Amazing Red Bat Multimedia Photo Presentation DVD

Cost: $599

    Over the last few years, we’ve turned this presentation dvd into an art form with high production value, one that perfectly complements the Red Bat photojournalistic style.
    Your photos will be arranged to music in separate slideshows for the different parts of your wedding day. Watching it is easy: just pop the disc into your dvd player and choose each show from the menu (this means you can go back and revisit your first dance whenever you want, without having to see the rest of the day).
    Many of our clients watch their presentation dvds on anniversaries to celebrate their wedded bliss. Upon viewing your presentation dvd, you may find yourself laughing and crying, and you will feel like you’re experiencing your wedding day all over again- only this time, it’s with none of the stress, and all of the love.

Red Bat Engagement Session

Cost: $349

    Add an engagement session to your wedding package, or purchase it separately- either way, you’ll be glad you did! We capture your chemistry in a relaxed photo session in the location of your choice (or we can pick a gorgeous outdoor spot for you). Clients are always surprised by how comfortable they feel during these sessions, and how easy it is to express their love for one another in front of our cameras.
    The best part of all? You get both a Presentation DVD and a Photo Files DVD as part of the package, so you can snuggle up with your sweetie and watch your photos set to music. If we succeed in our mission, you will end up even more excited about getting married!

The Wedding Rehearsal

Cost: $349

    There’s just something so poignant about the wedding rehearsal. You’re practicing getting married! That must be why so many clients love having photos of the rehearsal, and often of the rehearsal dinner as well. The rehearsal evening often feels more intimate than the wedding day, with only the most important people present; yet there’s a sense of ceremony that hints at the vows and toasts to come. Red Bat Photography loves shooting the rehearsal because it gives us the chance to get to know you and your loved ones a bit before the chaos of the wedding day begins.
    If your rehearsal will require us to travel, or if you would like us to shoot the rehearsal dinner, additional fees may apply. Please contact us for details.

The Kingston Mini-Album

Cost: $349

    This 6-page, 12-side 5×5 flush-mounted Kingston album is the smallest permanent, archival album available from our supplier, and we’re offering it as an add-on to any package for only $349. A great gift for relatives and favorite members of your wedding party!

The Basic Photobook

Cost: $90

    Beautiful, portable, and affordable, the press-printed photobook is the perfect showcase for your photos from weddings, special events, and portrait sessions of all kinds. Unlike our albums, these photobooks have pages that are flexible, not rigid, similar to coffee table books. The Basic Photobook is 5×5 inches and has 10 hinged (lay flat) pages (20 sides total). Extra Red Bat Hours on Your Wedding Day

Cost: $200 per hour

    Need more coverage than the standard 8 hours of shooting? For $200 per hour, you get two photographers, with all photo processing and retouching for those hours included in the hourly price.
